AnonyMind is an online treatment platform that delivers the very best in treatment from our expanding network of Psychiatrists and Psychologists.

We change the way people get help with facing life's challenges by providing convenient, discreet access to a qualified Therapist. AnonyMind makes professional counselling available anytime, anywhere, through a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Typically within 48 hours dependent on your specific requirements and availability. AnonyMind has been designed for your convenience and we’ll do our very best to see you on the date and time you specify.
This is usually determined during your initial appointment after discussing and establishing what type of therapy would be most suitable for you. For example CBT would typically last around 6 sessions.
On the whole, Therapy is a very personal and private undertaking, so it’s entirely your preference to change Therapist whenever you feel necessary. If you do wish to change for any reason please contact us without delay and we’ll match you to a therapist more suitable asap. Therapist are aware this happens on occasions and will not feel offended.

An important part of a therapist's job is to establish a sense of trust and confidence in them and in the relationship between you both, so that you feel comfortable and able to share things that feel difficult or perhaps you have never felt able to share with anyone before. All AnonyMind therapists take this very seriously and will not discuss what you have shared with others, unless they are required to do so either ethically or legally.

AnonyMind Therapists are all active members of the main accrediting bodies for therapists in the UK and they must adhere to a professional code of ethics which includes strict rules about confidentiality. There are only a very few instances where they would be ethically or legally bound to breach confidentiality and our Therapists will explain this to you in the first few sessions or send you a copy of our T&C’s if requested.

Our Clinician lead ensures that every Clinician that we bring to the platform is fully licensed and in good standing. Clinicians who apply to work with us are required to provide proper licensure documentation, proof of identity, and references from other licensed practitioners who have worked with them.

We then cross-check their licensure information with their respective licensing board.

In addition to checking credentials, each potential Clinician needs to complete a detailed case study exam that is then evaluated in a video interview with our clinical lead. The result of this rigorous 4-5 week process is that only about 15% of the Clinicians who apply to work through AnonyMind are accepted to the platform.

AnonyMind may be right for you if you're looking to improve the quality of your life.

Whenever there is anything that interferes with your happiness or prevents you from achieving your goals, we may be able to help.

We also have Clinicians who are specialised in specific issues, such as stress, anxiety, relationships, parenting, depression, addictions, eating, sleeping, trauma, anger, family conflicts, LGBT matters, grief, self esteem and more.

Treatment sessions last 50 minutes, the number of sessions required will be determined by your Therapist, following your initial assessment.
